Google’s recent announcement that they have completed their new web indexing system Caffeine looks interesting and has obviously come about as a direct result of my post about web search resources last week. I hold my hand up, just over two lines devoted to describing their search engine just wasn’t enough.

A senior manager at Adobe has reportedly accused Apple of changing the goalposts with its developer licensing. This isn’t the first time these giants have clashed and there are serious implications for Adobe’s new iphone compiler software. Is this another thumbs down to Flash? Read The Full Story
New ISP With Age Ratings for Websites Launched
The launch of a new Internet Service Provider that will issue film-style age ratings to websites coincides with the recent announcement by Facebook that they would not adopt the much talked about “panic button” aimed at protecting children from potential abuse. Read The Full Story

Improvement to Google Webmaster Tools
The first is a nice improvement to the top search queries feature in the excellent Webmaster Tools service. If you use this feature you will know that previously only stats that reflected the average position of your site’s pages in relation to a particular search query were available.
